What information will I need to book my cabin?
First, We will need to know what type of cabin you would like to book and how many people you will be traveling with. You will select your exact rooming assignment, so it wouldn’t hurt to become familiar with the Carnival Inspiration’s deck plans, found here.Next we will need to know who you will be traveling with. You will need to provide the following information for all guests in your cabin: legal full name, mailing address, citizenship, birthday, phone number, e-mail address, and emergency contact person.
You’ll also need to know which headlining show you’d like to see (6:00pm, 8:00pm, or 10:00pm). The final performance schedule will be released closer to sailing. You will select your seating zone at this time, too. Take a look at the venue maps here.
If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing addresses for each card.
Finally, we will want to make sure that you are aware of our ticketing contract.
If you are unsure who your guests will be at the time of booking you can fill in only the information you know and add additional guests later. Be advised that you are obligated for the full cruise fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process so, in the event that you do not provide additional guest information, you are still financially responsible for the entire cabin. Downgrades of either cabin type or cabin occupancy are not allowed for any reason. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional cruise fare associated with the transaction. Adding guests to your cabin is not considered a name change but any change you make to your reservation, including adding guests, from March 2, 2010 to May 6, 2010 is subject to a $75 administrative fee. Any changes made between May 7,2010 and May 15, 2010 are $100 per change. Changes or additions made within the week prior to sailing must be done in person at check-in, and may incur a fee up to $299 per change.
